Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

This recipe gave me all of the Olive Garden feels. Their recipe is bomb, but this recipe is equally delicious! And were not skipping on the meat with the recipe!
When I want Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, I want Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo; not Alfredo with a few sprigs of chicken.
This recipe is all of that and then some! We are using four good-sized chicken breasts to make this delicious meal.
They are pan seared on the outside and tender on the inside. So let’s get into what you’ll need…
You will need:
- Chicken breasts
- Whole milk
- Heavy cream
- Fresh parsley
- Unsalted butter
- Creole seasoning
- Onion powder
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Fettuccine noodles
Steps to make this recipe:
- Season chicken breasts with creole seasoning and onion powder.
- Add olive oil to a pan and heat to medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts on each side until brown, approximately 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and sit to the side.
- In a pan, heat to medium heat. Then add milk, cream and butter mixing together.
- Add the parmesan cheese and mix together until creamy.
- Add the fettuccine noodles to the sauce and mix together.
- Chop the parsley and add it to the pan, stirring it into the sauce.
- Cut the chicken as desired and return it to the pan mixing it into the sauce.
Some great additions to this recipe are a side salad, broccoli which you can also toss into the recipe and of course garlic bread! Also, a great glass of red wine.
