Air Fryer Potatoes

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside Air Fryer Potatoes tossed in olive oil and seasonings cooked in 15 minutes.

  • 6 c of Russet potatoes- peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c of Olive oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp of seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper


  • Peel, cut and dice your potatoes into your desired size.  
  • Place the potatoes in cool water as your cutting them to prevent them from turning brown. 
  • Once the potatoes are cut, thoroughly rinse them and drain the excess water.
  • Pre-heat your Air Fryer to 390 degrees. 
  • While the Air Fryer is pre-heating coat and toss the potatoes in the olive oil.
  • Once they are well coated, blend the seasonings together and season the potatoes.
  • Next, place the potatoes in your pre-heated Air Fryer making sure to spread them evenly for space.
  • Cook the potatoes in batches according to how much your Air Fryer will hold.
  • Cook the potatoes for approximately 15 minutes. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
